We use analytics tools, including PostHog, to understand how people use Jampackd. These tools may set cookies or similar technologies and collect data such as the pages you visit, the actions you take, and general device information. This helps us measure engagement and improve the product.

5. Connecting Your Google / YouTube Account

Jampackd uses YouTube API Services. Connecting your YouTube account is optional. When you connect it, we access your channel and video information through the read-only youtube.readonly permission solely to display your channel name, avatar, and videos on your Jampackd profile. We do not modify, upload, delete, or post any content, and we never use this data for advertising or sell it. We store only your channel ID, name, avatar URL, and access tokens (encrypted at rest), and you can disconnect at any time in Settings or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Jampackd's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Your use of the YouTube integration is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

6. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. Profile information and content you choose to share are visible to other users as part of using the platform. We may share data with service providers who help us operate Jampackd, and when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the platform. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, subject to legal obligations that may require us to retain certain information.
